Non-Profit Groups
Second there are the non-profit singles groups. Many of these are organized through Dallas-Fort Worth churches. Google around the DFW churches and see which ones have a large singles ministry. 

Other non-profit groups come and go in DFW, organized by individuals or a couple of friends who want to meet other singles and have fun. They usually last a few years or so, then the organizers either enter a relationship or just tire of the group.

National non-profits like Parents without Partners also come and go in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. It seems there is always a Sierra Singles group around, although the number of events they have depend upon who is leading it at the time. 

As a general rule, though, non-profit groups are not as viable in Dallas-Fort Worth as they were before internet dating hit the DFW singles world. There is normally a current list of Dallas-Fort Worth singles groups, run by both churches and individuals, here.
