Surfer Update
I'm new in town and have been looking for good in-line skating places in the Dallas area. This past Saturday, I tried in-line skating at Bachman Lake. I would hardly characterize it as "outstanding." First of all, the paved trail does not fully circle the lake so you have to stop and turn around. Second, the paved trail has fallen in disrepair and is badly in need of resurfacing. The quality of the surface varies significantly from average to poor. Some spots were badly chopped up and gravelly and could not be safely skated. I personally would not recommend this place. Thank you for the other listings, however.
