Why do we have a survey?

The survey is a research tool that is compiled, then guides us in: 
1. Planning meeting locations.
2. Seeking land in DFW and beyond.
3. Knowing what people seek in their own personal lives and ideal communities.

June 2008, forming a 4-6 family co-housing development with individually owned homes and land on beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake, Texas. Building

l mile to schools, 3 miles to Azle, a city of 15,000/3 mile radius which includes this land in Pelican Bay, Texas. 15 miles to the museums and restaurants of Fort Worth, Texas. 35 miles to the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport.

Anticipated size is about l/2 acre per house (clustered). Pool and Community House would be owned collectively.
