This form is for corporations and large companies.  

You may print this form, complete it (please print) and mail it with your $75 fee, payable to VegNet. Mail to VegNet, P O Box 610314, DFW Airport, TX 75261.

Complete form online, then mail your $75, payable to VegNet. Mail to VegNet, P O Box 610314, DFW Airport, TX 75261. If you do this, please put the name of the organization on your check or money order.

Booth must be set-up and operational between the hours of 10:30 am and 3:30 pm. We reserve the right to choose booth types that are suitable for the festival and to vary the types of booths. We will notify you by email when:
1. We receive your fee.
2. The type of booth is suitable for the festival
3. The type of booth is varied for the festival. First-come; first serve.

You can not give away ANY food at this festival. All food sold at festival must be vegetarian. Food booths must meet City of Dallas codes.
You can not sell or give away products which are tested on animals or contain animal products. Products and information should all be earth-friendly.
