Jim Sargent, chosen as the 2006 National Builder of the Year by the U.S. Department of Energy for his energy-efficient homes, is available to speak about green building and energy-efficiency. He can speak in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area as well as in certain situations outside the DFW area. 

Sargent  can speak from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours on green home building and renovations. He can also teach classes under certain situations.

There is a practical side to green building as well as the sometimes not-so-practical side  which is alternative and renewable energy.  Jim Sargent can speak from the practical and the futuristic sides.
