Information Small companies and non-profit groups exhibit free but there is a $20 deposit per booth. That deposit is fully refundable on Monday, October 9 if booth is set up and operational from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Large companies and corporations pay a $75 fee to exhibit. Booth must be set up and operational from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are seeking earth-friendly, animal-friendly, and health-friendly exhibitors, speakers, and demonstrations. We reserve the right to determine if exhibits/speakers/demos are suitable for festival. Space is limited so we also reserve the right to vary the types of booths/speakers at the festival. First come, first serve. This is a rain or shine event. Exhibitors will supply their own tables/chairs/literature/display materials. Although area is shaded, tents are allowed not to exceed 10' x 10' in size. In the event of rain, festival will be held inside and allowed exhibit space will be smaller. Exhibitors can not give away ANY food at this festival. All food sold at festival must be vegetarian. Food booths must meet City of Dallas codes. Exhibitors can not sell or give away products which are tested on animals or contain animal products. Products and information should all be earth-friendly. We are also seeking speakers and demonstrations from those who have exhibits. Speak/demonstrate for 30 minutes or less. Please fill out suitable form below.
