Noodles and vegetables for a fast, quick, easy, healthy, and nutritious meal. All  nutrients are incorporated into a vegan or vegetarian recipe containing no meat, eggs, and dairy. Health on the go! Healthy, varied diets, not vitamin pills, mean healthy nutrition.

Recipe
Per Serving:

1 package instant ramen noodles that contain packets of instant soup base.

1/3 cup of mixed, frozen veggies. You choose the types of vegetables. Please your family with what is available in your freezer. Suggestions include frozen chopped onions, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, squash, cauliflower, mushrooms. Corn, green peas, and green beans are also good, popular choices at my house. You can also buy pre-mixed vegetables, of course.

Water: Use the amount specified on back of noodles.

Soy sauce

Optional:
2 T  TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
1 T Wheat germ

Using the amount of water specified on the back of the noodles' package --per serving, of course--bring water, vegetables, and optional  TVP and wheat germ to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add the noodles and seasoning packet.

Boil for 2 minutes until noodles are soft.

Serve in bowls with soy sauce on the side.
