Genghis Grill You can be as healthy or as decadent as you please at this lower Greenville spot. Choose your own raw ingredients from a large variety of fresh veggies, tofu, and, yes, those fat-laden meats. Give them to the cook who stir-fries/steams them before your very eyes. Add a good selection of sauces from peanut sauce to garlic oil. Although not particularly romantic, this place is entertaining and fun! Prices are for all you can eat. It is also a good place for you to eat healthy while your companions max-out their cholesterol levels. Limited seating. Your food will probably pick up meat "juices" as it is cooked on the grill although they do try to keep them separate.  Mongolian 1915 Greenville, Dallas. 214 841-9990 HHH  $$
