and naan. Nice atmosphere and attentive service. Location is central to

We enjoyed the falafel; in fact we liked this clean, small space. The owner was the orginator of the Sunday veg buffet in Fort Worth many years ago and certainly understands veg and vegan foods. The fajitas are truly a vegetable feast but... rice and beans have animals! Wide variety of plant-based pasta dishes and vegetable platters including one polenta dish. Manager said no eggs in pasta. 2455 Forest Park Blvd. Fort Worth 817 923-0522 Italian $$-$$$ Sardine's Ristorante Old photos & artifacts plus candle light & antiques create a romantic setting. Live music with excellent Italian Cuisine. Vegetable lasagna or manicotti is available as is fettuccine with a tomato cream sauce. Order from seven items on menu (tell them no oyster sauce as one has oyster sauce) or take 2 or 3 entrees from buffet, adding stir-fry mixed veggies or raw veggies from salad bar. Try the grilled eggplant and onions or the portobello. 2736 W 6th St @ Foch Fort Worth 817 338-9300 Sandwich $ Star India Restaurant offers lunch and dinner buffet where one side is plant-based and healthy (some dairy) with the other side reserved for those in your group who are not particularly concerned with their health.
