Blueberry Pie

| 1 vegan pie crust, baked 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup water 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 juice concentrate of your choice 4 cups fresh berries |
Bake pie crust and set aside. Wash berries and set
aside. Combine cornstarch, water, salt, fruit juice and boil, stirring, for about 8 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in berries, and fill pie crust. Chill before serving. |
