Thai Papaya Garden This vegetarian-friendly easy-to-find restaurant will make the majority of the menu vegan for you if you ask for strict vegetarian with tofu. It never hurts to ask your waitperson to cut the fish and oyster sauce in a Thai restaurant, though. Chef is vegetarian-knowledgeable as she hosts a monthly all-vegetarian buffet the first Sunday of each month from 11:30 am until 2 pm. This is some of the best Thai food in the metroplex. 1201 W.
